FESTIVAL SLIDING SCALE PRICING
The Touch&Play Project is a not-for-profit venture. We try to make our events as economically inclusive as possible while still honoring time and energy put in by both teachers and organizers. We provide a sliding registration scale (Financially Strained -to- Cup Runneth Over) and encourage you to pay the highest level you can afford, so that we can continue to make our community accessible to those with lower wealth. Registration includes participation in all festival activities, accommodation at Earthdance (excepting commuter) & very yummy home cooked organic vegetarian meals. For more info on the types of accommodation offered at Earthdance please check-out their web page.
Within the payment system you will choose your payment level.
If you are festival staff or have been approved for work-study or a scholarship you will receive a special code to enter for your agreed upon payment amount.
After you pay via the above link you will receive a confirmation and a link to a Google Form with additional registration questions. Please fill out the form promptly so we have the essential info we need to host you. Thanks!
Payment options in our payment system include credit card and PayPal.
If none of the payment options work for you please be in touch and we will work with you to find another option.
ADDITIONAL LODGING OPTION
Nine Mountain Retreat, Earthdance’s neighbor, is also offering accommodations for festival participants on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information on the types of accommodation offered at Nine Mountain please check-out their website, www.ninemountain.com. To stay at Nine Mountain, book your room with them directly with email@example.com and register on the form below as a “commuter”. Nine Mountain festival lodging rates are $250 ($50/night) for a shared room and $375 ($75/night) for a private room (double bed).
An Important note for commuters – If you are staying somewhere other than Nine Mountain or Earthdance please consider COVID risk factors and limit your exposure to people outside the bubble of our event. Besides your family or housemates do not go to crowded indoor spaces or attend other social events during our event. Thanks!
Participants are asked to arrive and check-in at in-person registration at Earthdance on Sep 21 between 4-6pm to sign waivers, confirm lodging and Intensive track details.
We’ll start that same evening with an opening circle which all participants are required to attend.
Full festival attendance is required – There is no partial festival option.
One of our core values is inclusivity and contributing to the larger cultural shifts we want to see. To this end we have a scholarship which aims to respond to the wealth gap caused by identity-based oppression and marginalization, specifically for BIPOC, trans and gender non-conforming folx, and differently abled folx. We see that these groups may have obstructed access to finances – both personally and inter-generationally – and so we wish to offer financial support with this lens of equity and social reparation. Please consider who among your friends you would love to invite to T&P might benefit and love to be included in our community? Are you willing to contact them and share what you love about them, about our festival, and to see if they would like to join us? Thanks for helping support our vision of belonging and inclusion.
