RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Great to see you’re taking this seriously and reading what we hope to offer and what we ask from you in return.

The Touch&Play Project organizes many different events and we attempt to be as inclusive and giving as possible. We try to ensure that everyone can participate in the activities that interest them in a safe and collaborative manner.

When you register, we cannot, however, guarantee a space in each desired workshop or activity.  Not all workshops are appropriate for all participants.  Thus, teachers and organizers retain the right to make decisions as to how many and which participants may join each class, in any given event.

Touch&Play tries to provide a safe learning environment for all the participants.  It is designed for adults, and we emphasize the importance of consideration and responsibility for yourself at all times, both physically and emotionally.  This includes adequate self-assessment as to your readiness for such an event.

As an intensive event working with the body, intellect, emotions and sexuality we recognize that some people may find aspects of the program challenging or moving. To create a respectful, relaxed and safe atmosphere during the whole event, everyone is invited, to not only assure their own health, safety and happiness but also to assess and promote the security and joy of others at the event. It is our aim that as a group everyone at the festival and experiment is able to live and share a full and rewarding experience.

PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY:

Because of the unique atmosphere at Touch&Play Project events and the subjects that are addressed, we ask you to moderate your photography and video recording. Please only take images of the surroundings, yourself and those that have given you explicit permission to be included. There may be official event photographers and/or film-makers for documentation purposes and participants will be invited to indicate if they prefer not to be included in any of the material that is taken. We will publish any photos and videos for review by the participants during which any person may request the removal of material in which they appear. All material (audio-visual or other) recorded during a Touch&Play Project event falls under the following creative commons license: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Material may be published on the internet and could be used in the promotion of future events. The Touch&Play organizers can in no case be held liable for damages resulting from the recording and or publishing of audio-visual material relating to the event.
