Wild Body Innocence
Prepare to tap into our collective joy and resilience as we weave pleasure, play and release of shame. Innocence is the spirit of our young selves before fear and concern limited our expressive and exploratory selves. Let our bodies and souls time travel to remember the freedom in its skin, movement, pleasure and connection to other.
Nature Bodies – We will dance our way into feeling the erotic nature of the wild within and around us.
Skin Bodies – An honoring de-robing ceremony, in service of letting go of shame and accessing joy in your bare vessel, will lead us to playful movement and connection games.
Primal Bodies – Unleash your primal side and step into your animal body. Explore our body smells, pray/predator, rough and gentle play.
Genital Bodies – Our genitals have been on a journey and it is time they are heard and revered through storytelling and movement so they can feel their sacred innocence.
Pleasure Bodies – We will creatively engage in our pleasure bodies as a place of resource through dance and touch while practicing embodied consent.
Modalities: Embodied consent, authentic relating and improv games, partner and group touch exercises, movement, contact dance, massage, sensation play.
